Send and Receive Fax

Automatic Format Conversion
Faxes can be sent by selecting the eezeeFAX printer to convert the current document to the required fax format.
Fax Queue
All faxes will be queued thru the eezeeFAX fax queue. Users can assign a priority code to indicate the priority of the fax. Urgent faxes will be sent out as soon as a line becomes available.
Delay Fax Sent
Users can send faxes by specifying the time.
Fax Broadcast
Users also can send the fax document to a number of different users. The results of this Fax Broadcast can be exported to Excel format.
Fax Resend
If the fax destination is busy or does not answer, eezeeFAX will queue for an automatic re-transmission. Users can set up the retry times in the software.
Inbound Fax Routing
eezeeFAX will route the fax according to the senders input of the fax mailbox number and automatically route it to the users mailbox. If the sender did not enter a fax mailbox number, it will automatically be sent to the fax administrator for manual routing. Administrator can also apply the CSID and line routing for fax delivery.
Internal Transfer
All faxes can be transfer internally easily by selecting the user’s name on the list.
Fax Status
The web interface indicates the real time fax status which helps user to easily identify the status of the fax line(s).
Fax to Email
All received fax will be automatically sent to user’s folder. It also can be set up to send to send them as a tiff- or pdf-file attachment to the users email account.
Email to Fax
User can send faxes from anywhere where they have an internet connection. Add the fax as an attachment to an email and the fax server will automatically convert the email to a fax and forward it to the destination fax machine.
Print2Fax
Print2fax is a Windows print monitor designed to send its output directly to the eezeeFAX server. Once installed, you can, from any application, just print to the eezeeFAX print driver and it will pop up a simple dialog box, allowing you to enter the destination fax number. It is an easy way to send FAXes from any Windows application.

System-Administration and Management

User Management
Administrators can set up different user accounts, passwords, management authorites, attributes, lines, document formats and email addresses.
Address Book
eezeeFAX has its own address books – both shared and private to each user. Contacts may be grouped together into fax lists for fast distribution of information using just a few clicks.
Fax Monitoring
Administrators can monitor all incoming or outgoing faxes.
System Log
eezeeFAX provides various system logs for the administrator. This includes information about user login, faxes sent, received faxes, fax distribution and internal transmit. All logs can be exported to excel format.
